Squat Frequently Asked Questions
A lower-body check where depth, control, and knees all deserve a seat at the table.
What does this squat test save?
It saves the number of squats completed, plus duration and depth fields when they are available. The history view keeps the important testing details with your result.
What counts as a proper squat?
Use a consistent depth, keep control, and stand back up fully. Bouncing vaguely in the direction of a squat is excellent comedy, less excellent testing.
Does depth matter?
Yes. Different depths change the difficulty and the muscles involved. Pick the depth the test asks for and repeat that version next time.
Should I chase speed or form?
Form first. Smooth reps give better data and happier joints. Speed can matter inside a timed test, but only while the movement still looks like it belongs in public.
When should I stop?
Stop when the timer ends, your form breaks down, or pain appears. Leg burn is part of the plot; sharp pain is the plot twist we do not want.
